Each week, Pastor Ty delivers a powerful sermon filled with bibilical truths and hrist-centered teaching. Pastor Ty believes in preaching the word directly with no compromise. His desire is that each person who walks through the doors of Northside will leave better equipped in spiritual truth and walking closer with God.
Worship takes many forms. Colossians 3:17 says "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." We incorporate contemporary worship music as a part of our weekly service; however, we also emphasize that worship is more than singing. Everything we do for the Lord and for His glory, is an act of worship.
Proverbs 22:6 says "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it." Here at Northside Baptist Church, we believe children are one of the greatest blessings from God and taking a part as a church in this training process is vital to their spiritual growth and the health of our church-body. We have kids service every Sunday at 10:00am filled with worship, teaching, and fun activities. We also have Wednesday night Kid service each week at 6:15pm. Wednesday evening Kid program runs September - April.
We are very passionate about the spiritual growth and development of all youth and young adults who arrive on our campus. Jesus says in Matthew 7:13 "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it." We know walking with God is not easy and youth in general face a unique struggle in this day and age. We aim to equip your teen with bilbical wisdom and prepare them for the world around them and how to reflect Christ in their lives.
Adults are not left out here! We have plenty for adults both single and married. We currently have weekly women's Bible study Tuesdays at 6:30pm and men's Bible study every other week Mondays at 6:30pm. We also will have Wednesday Night Service each week at 6:15pm that will incorporate small groups with various topic studies throughout the year.
